By accessing or using Candela, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Candela allows users to upload, store, and share image files. Files are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. The service is intended solely for legal and legitimate use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload to Candela. Uploading illegal, offensive, defamatory content, or content that infringes on third-party rights or violates any laws is strictly prohibited.
Candela reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or unlawful.
Candela only sends transactional emails necessary for service operation (e.g., confirmations, activity notifications, password recovery). We do not send marketing or promotional emails.

Use of Candela is at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, we will notify you by reasonable means. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may also close your account at any time via your profile.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the user's or company's domicile, as appropriate.
